The PPM Wizard makes set-up easy, and advance features like short cycle suppression, out-of-hours and permit-to-work notation, and multiple colour-coding options mean the maintenance plan can be graphically fine-tuned.
Fast Track Room Booking
Provides for all aspects of conference room, hot-desk and meeting room management. Multiple repeat booking patterns, requests and provisional booking, virtual-rooms and multiple room-configurations per room mean the system covers all requirements. All booking methods are complemented by resource management for simple and complex catering, A/V equipment (inc. set-up/break-down instructions), and Visitor Management (internal and external).
